01Studio Access10,000 hours a year across 50 community satellites.＋
Every creator starts here: subsidized access to professional recording facilities across 50 community satellite locations in 15 cities. Industry-grade equipment, credentialed engineers, and open access for LOUDmusic participants remove the pay-to-play barrier. Without access, nothing else is possible.
02Workforce TrainingDOL-registered apprenticeships across six career tracks.＋
Access becomes verified skill and income through DOL-registered apprenticeships in audio engineering, music production, graphic design, digital marketing, web development, and publishing. Participants earn real wages during training and leave with nationally recognized credentials.
03Artist DevelopmentPublishing, royalties, distribution, and release infrastructure.＋
Skills become income through publishing, royalty, and distribution systems: ASCAP registration, mechanical royalty collection, platform distribution, and sync licensing setup. Rights registration protects independent artists as the creative economy changes.
04Creative EntrepreneurshipBusiness incubation, IP ownership, and revenue systems.＋
Income becomes a business. LOUDmusic provides the legal structures, IP frameworks, and revenue systems that enable creators to formalize and own what they build. Profitable creative enterprises are documented economic outcomes with compounding value.
05Restorative JusticeCreative career pathways for justice-involved people.＋
The pathway is open to everyone, including the 2,000 justice-involved individuals this program serves. Reclaiming ownership of a career and a future is a durable recidivism intervention. We enroll, credential, track, and publicly report every outcome.
06Youth Re-engagementPaid internships and school partnerships for ages 14–24.＋
The pathway multiplies when the next generation can see it. Paid internships and school partnerships close the loop: young people see working professionals, working professionals mentor the next cohort, and the neighborhood creative economy becomes self-sustaining.
