2035 Goals
This is what we're committing to — publicly.
Not vague aspirations. Every goal has a number, a deadline, and an evidence base that justifies the investment.
Six goals. Every one public, every one measured.
Consider what happens without this investment: 5 million disconnected youth cost the U.S. an estimated $93 billion annually in lost earnings and productivity. Each person who enters the justice system costs $43,000/year to incarcerate — and carries a 51.7% lifetime wage penalty that costs the broader economy $55.2B each year. These are the costs of inaction. These six goals are the specific interventions we are engineering to reduce them. Progress figures shown are Year 1 targets — updated as outcomes are documented.
The Cost of Not Acting
$93 billion/year in lost earnings and productivity from 5 million disconnected youth (Alliance for Excellent Education / Measure of America, 2023). $43,000/year to incarcerate one person — with a 51.7% lifetime wage penalty that then costs the broader economy $55.2B annually. These are the costs of inaction. Each goal below targets a specific piece of this ledger.

How We Report Progress
Every goal on this page is tracked with hard metrics — not participation counts. We report quarterly on: jobs created, incomes earned, businesses launched, properties acquired, and recidivism reduced. Every initiative we run is measured against the 2035 north star of 50,000 people with income, credentials, and business ownership to sustain a life from their creative work.
Progress figures shown are Year 1 targets — updated publicly as outcomes are documented. The methodology follows WIOA compliance standards, SROI frameworks validated by the Urban Institute, and Net Creative Economic Value (NCEV) — a proprietary composite indicator that captures economic impact beyond direct income. Every number is auditable. Every source is cited. This is what accountability looks like when it's done right.
50,000 careers. One public commitment.
These goals are ambitious because the need is urgent. The costs of inaction are measurable. The returns on investment are documented. The only question is: who builds this?
